- Tempered glass screen protector partially cracked and chipped, but touchscreen perfectly functional (screen protector can be replaced)
- Lower-right corner has small crack and dent (purely cosmetic issue not impairing phone's functions)
- Left exterior tip of the SIM caddy had broken off
- No charging cable, charger adapter, box, and other accessories (i.e., only the phone unit itself is sold as is)
